It is the policy of Chic Cheeks to process and ship orders within 24 to 72 hours of receiving your order.
When ordering products, delays may occur if an item is out of stock or is in short supply and in such case, the customer will be notified by email. We will always contact the customer within 24 to 48 hours by email if there are any delays with filling an order and provide information on expected date of shipping. Customers can also check the status of an order by logging into the Account section of our website.
If we are experiencing delays in filling an order and our customer is unhappy and/or inconvenienced, we advise you to contact us through the account section of our site.
If products do not meet your expectations, or details what was explained on our website, please contact us. If it is found to be fault of the manufacturer we will provide details and descriptions needed to lay a service report with them. If for any reason we are at fault we will offer a replacement, if stock is discontinued, we will then offer a refund or store credit.

Flat Rate Shipping – Chic Cheeks offers Flat Rate Shipping, $6 New Zealand Wide. We use fastway couriers to send all NZ orders.
Free Shipping - Chic Cheeks offers free shipping on all orders over $150.00!
Small Order Shipping - If you are ordering 2nd Skin Liners, Rocking' Green Samples, or Onesie Bummsies, on their own, you may select the $3.00 shipping option.
