Layby Terms & Conditions

Chic Cheeks offers a layby service, to make it easier for you to start, or add to your cloth nappy stash.

HOW TO LAYBY?

Simply place your order as usual, by selecting all the items you would like. At checkout, select 'layby' under payment method.

LAYBY TERMS

DEPOSIT:

All orders require a 20% deposit. So if your order total is $200.00, a $40.00 deposit is required. Your deposit must be paid within 48 hours of your order being placed. Your order will be canclled if your deposit is not made, and no contact is made within 72 hrs.

All deposits are non-refundable.

LAYBY LENGTH:

You have up to 4 weeks to pay off your order. A longer time frame may be available on large orders, please email us to check before placing your order.

Once the last payment has been made, and your order has been paid in full, it will be sent to you.

Cancellation:

If you decide to cancel your layby order, after 48 hrs of placing your order, a $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged.

FAQ:

Can I layby sale items?

Yes, you can layby sale items, unless it is stated otherwise in the sale.

Can I layby Limited Edition Items?

Yes, you may layby Limited Edition items (eg. itti bitti limited edition prints)
